Different resolution screens with Xinerama
here we go with tow displays, one big screen, but the displays has different resolutions:

mit dem befehl xrandr -s 1280×1024 kann man “eben gerade” mal die aufloesung aednern.
and here is a working configuration with ubuntu 8.04:
upgraded to ubuntu 8.04 this weekend
